To solve the problem of exorbitant international shipping costs, I've decided to upload the print files for each part of The Devil's Grin to Lulu, which is a print-to-order service with print facilities around the world. That means that when you order these books, they are printed at a facility within your country. BEFORE YOU ORDER, PLEASE REVIEW THE DIFFERENCES IN EDITIONS: 1. Lulu does not allow printing on the inside cover. Therefore, the pages are shifted around a little bit. Some blank pages are added at the beginning and end. This really only slightly affects the readability of TDG2, as the last page of the comic ("To Be Continued") is printed as the back cover. There is a blank page in between the last page and the back cover. 2. These are printed on creme color paper rather than white. 3. These are printed perfect bound rather than saddle stitched. 4. I've also knocked a couple of dollars off of the book price since shipping costs a little more from Lulu. 5. Since these are printed to order, there is a chance of misprint/defect.
